Dolfyn is a note-taking application with AI-assisted retrieval. The Service allows you to create, store, and retrieve notes, and to interact with an AI assistant that can answer questions based on your stored notes.
The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence services to process your queries and generate responses. When you use AI features (including but not limited to AI chat, Find Evidence, and any other AI-assisted functionality), your note content and queries are processed by these third-party services to generate responses.
By using AI features, you consent to this processing. The third-party services process your content solely to generate responses and do not retain your content after processing is complete.
Your notes are stored in cloud infrastructure operated by third-party providers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and subprocessors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dolfyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
